Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Approach

Eileen likes to meet clients where they are at in a non-judgemental and real way.

She provides a safe space to work together towards change in the areas of a client’s life they have identified and want to change.

She uses an integrative approach to therapy including Internal Family Systems, Trauma-informed therapy, Attachment theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and contemporary Bereavement, Grief, and Loss therapy models to inform her presence, adapting her style to suit each client’s needs.

Eileen is passionate about her work, and her warm, genuine style provides a supportive environment so that clients can explore and uncover blocks that may affect their happiness and help them find better ways to deal with their problems.
